I’m thrilled (and slightly nervous!) to share that I’ll be running the London Marathon 2025 🏅 to raise money for CMTUK, a charity that supports people living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT).

CMT is the most common inherited neurological condition in the world, affecting 1 in 2,500 people – yet so many have never heard of it.

For me, this is deeply personal 💙 as my grandad was diagnosed in his 40s, and I’ve seen firsthand the challenges it brings.

Every penny raised will help CMTUK provide vital resources, raise awareness, and fund research into treatments and, hopefully one day, a cure.
