Sophie has always found maths challenging, this is partly due to her lack of confidence. Portia is patient, calm, super organised and treated Sophie like an individual. Initially she spent time talking to Sophie to work out which areas she finds difficult and then put together an action plan for lessons going forward. I have every confidence Portia will build up Sophie's confidence and give her the support framework she needs.
